I am looking to go off all of my supplements for the summer just to give my body a little break, well all but my protein and MuscleMilk. So I am wondering if there is a solid natural pre-workout boost. I am thinking maybe a cup of coffee or green tea before I lift just for a little caffeine. Any better ideas ?

You got it pretty well set bro, caffeine is a good source of a perk before workout, also green tea gives me a boost. Good luck, and good idea to give your body a break lol.
