Wanna get down to 4%
What are the best ways to do this?
I am carb cycling right now and doing cardio.
Do I actually need any supplements for this?
If yes, what supplement is ideal?

so basicaly keep dieting until i hit 4%...

are you competing? if you hit 4% you should you have striations everywhere, including your glutes. and yes keep dieting, how else do you expect to get down there?

Exactly, I just had DEXA and underwater bodyfat tests done last week and was 4.8%. This was the same day as my photo shoot which my avatar pic is from. If you were 4% you'd have hella striations and be much more lean than me.
