Full Body Routine

Day 1- Back

Deadlifts 3 sets/4 reps
Cable Rows 4 sets/ 15,12,10,6 reps
Dumbell Rows 3 sets/ 12,10,6 reps
Lateral Rows Machine 3 sets/ 12,10,6 reps
Reverse Flyes Machine 3 sets, 12,10,6 reps

Day 2-Chest

Bench Press 5 sets/ 8 reps
Dumbell Press 5 sets/ 8 reps
Dumbell Flyes 5 sets/ 8 reps

Day 3- Biceps

Hammer Curls 3 sets/ 12,10,6 reps
Barbell Curls 3 sets/ 12,10,6 reps
Dumbell Curls 3 sets/ 12,10,6 reps
Preacher Curls 3 sets/ 12,10,6 reps
Preacher Curls Machine 3 sets/ 12,10,6 reps
Concentration Curls 3 sets/ 12,10,6 reps

Day 4- Triceps

SkullCrushers 3 sets/ 12,10,6 reps
Tricep Extensions 3 sets/ 12,10,6 reps
Tricep Extension Machine 3 sets/ 12,10,6 reps
Pulldowns 3 sets/ 12,10,6 reps
One Arm Tricep Extensions/ 12,10,6 reps

Day 5- Legs

Squats 4 sets/ 15,12,10,6 reps
Leg Curls 4 sets/ 15,12,10,6 reps
Leg Extensions 4 sets/ 15.12.10,6 reps
Seated Calf Raises 5 sets/ 25,15,12,10,6 reps
Leg Press 3 sets/ 12,10,6 reps

Day 6- Rest

Day 7- Repeat
