Price matching with bb.com
Alright before you read this, just letting you know, I'm not promoting any other stores here, so if you're a mod and you don't think this post belongs here, just delete it asap.
Obviously I don't buy from anywhere but bb.com but when I'm tight on money I usually call them up to match a less expensive price I find. I figured I'd make a program which gathers prices all on one page. I set it up at zungi.com
Again, just sharing the idea I had, delete if you feel it shouldn't have been posted

Thanks bro - just trying to work out some bugs right now. Seems like the search won't go through if I try searching for products containing a ' or a % in the name.

Yeah - me and my buddy made it. It picks up sites that are listed in Google, but for some reason Google doesn't pick up bb.com or the planet store. I want to eventually have it so that it shows bb.com's price comparison right next to the top match

Great site, I am sure I will use it for reference in the future. Will it update prices as they change? Also, it doesnt pick up the best prices on everything. I looked up a few things that I recently purchased and most had the same price or cheaper listed, but a few were off by a lot. Animal Test for example. Lowest price listed on your site was $58 and I got it the other day for $44. NOT bashing you at all, just letting you know. I look forward to using it in the future. Repped.

Yeah - it updates prices every 5 days. I think the reason its not picking up the ABSOLUTE best prices is because not every supplement site is listed in Google. If you want to use the email link and let me know what sites it is not listing, I will make sure they get searched too

I like the price matching idea but why price match if you can get the same price plus free shipping on other sites? Whats the sense? You can only match your Cart total not just the best deals on the net right?
and im really not looking to be a dlck, I really like this site and a lot of info given out here. Guess im just a bargain shopper

Why use this site when you've froogle already? seems like you are picking these results up from google's spyder and queries anyways?

Great question - not everyone knows how to effectively use Froogle as far as submitting more narrow search strings using quotations. So instead of irrelevent information being displayed, I've narrowed everything down to just the product the user is looking for, and even the serving size they choose. An alternative to using my site, a user could use Froogle by entering, for example:
"Designer Supplements"+"ActivaTe Xtreme"+"120 Capsules"
And then by sorting the price by low to high, can come up with similar results to what my site pulls. Instead of having to enter information in that manner, I just made it all accessible in a neat dropdown list.
Also, Froogle doesn't actually crawl bb.com for some reason, so I intend on adding it to the list that my website will crawl automatically... along with some other supplement sites Froogle excludes.

Bodybuilding.com will only pricematch off of 1 site per order, and if you use pricematch, they won't give you the 10% off discount as well.
