hi
i wanted to know what is the difference between these 2 movements ?? i mean it is the LATS working but is it the same movement but in different directions or doing rear pulldown emphasizes more than the front ?? and can i do both ??
i heard that the rear movement emphasize the lats & the back of the shoulder and the front movement may take some stress away from the lats and shift it to the biceps ..
i wanted to know which workout DIRECTLY emphasizes the (WING area) or upper back watever it is called ?? cause my wing area is not well devoloped .
thnx

depends on you're body's natural range of motion i suppose, for me i only end up going just below my chin, because i can't get the bar lower then that because my arms are parallel to my sides at that point. same thing with pullups, the only way for me to pull my chest up to the bar is to go underhanded.

Behind the neck movements work wonders for some while causing issues for others. I'd suggest trying them out. If your shoulders don't agree with it, then don't f*cking do it. Many use BtN movements because they feel they get a stronger and/or more focused contraction no the target muscles while doing it.
My guess is the people who swear by the movement do not feel that the exercise has wrecked their shoulders. Hence.... them still doing it and swearing by it.
Every single person is not made to do every single exercise. The best way to find out how your body responds to an exercise is to try it out.
will you please, stop f*cking posting already??-
