18 y/o 152-153lbs about 15% bf (my profile pic. Taken about 2 weeks ago) looking to cut to below 10%
I eat :
2100 cals
70g fat (sources - peanut butter, almonds, protein bars)
50-100g carbs (sources - oatmeal in the AM, protein bars, milk)
180-210g protein (sources - whey, protein bars, tuna, chicken)
I lift 5 days a week for 30-60 minutes. I do cardio for 30-45 min 6 days a week after lifting. Usually running for 20 minutes and then elliptical/bike machine for 10-15 min. I burn about 250-350 cals total on cardio alone. With my active lifestyle, is my diet alright to lose fat? Or do I need more or less of something
