Just finished a 40 day 3 pill a day cycle of Halodrol liquigels... How long should i wait before i can start my 11oxo cycle of 3 pills a day for my cut? Im thinking 30 days is suffient? Any info would be great.

I'm new at this but from what i read, i think you must wait as long as you did your cycle. So if your cycle was 40 days then i would wait 40 days.

the hlg arn't suppressive although you may want to give 30 days just to make sure everything is back to homeostasis but it is not a have too

I would recommend taking 2-4 weeks off, but if I was personally doing it, my time off would be a lot closer to two weeks, rather than four, lol.
