    Do you eat the same amount of calories on lifting & cardio days?

    Or do you eat lighter on your cardio days?

    only difference is the extra calories from a PWO skake that I do not take on non-workout days. So about 140 calories.

    Wouldn't eating less on cardio days set your body up for a higher chance of burning muscle? I'm going to be doing a lot of cardio this coming up summer since I like to mountain bike, and I plan on eating a lot on those days. I didn't last summer and lost some muscle because of it.

    your lifting days are not when your body repairs itself and your muscles grow, its while you are resting so wouldn't it make sence to give it the nutrients it needs to grow when it needs them most?
