Skim is def a good source of cassein/ protein but my only problem with that is the sugars in skim milk. I am cutting and I dont want to have those carbs before bed.

Actually, the sugars in milk are very slow burning, slower than oats. If anything, give it a try..
And what the.... cottage cheese is expensive???
It only costs about $1-2 for a week supply here.

damn 1 or 2 dollars that **** is like 329 4 like maybe 2 and a half cups where i live in pa
**** man, It might be $1.99 if that for the publix kind. I get 6 1/2 cup servings out of it. Which last about 2-3 days. I can't stand the "good" kind anymore. I'll only eat publix's I believe it has 15g protein per serving and I have no idea how many carbs. Why the heck does it cost so much up in the north anyone know?

Hell, retail around here is like $4. But in case there is a Trader Joe's near you, they recently started selling nonfat cottage cheese for 2.50 a tub.
