If you gained that much in 2 months, you bulked way, way too fast... ideally you want to average about 1kg PER MONTH, or about 2kg in the timeframe you used.

Also, if you started at 17% bodyfat, you likely started much higher than you should have. At this point, you're likely over 20% bodyfat... so, I would recommend losing fat down to around 10-12% bodyfat, and then SLOWLY bulking at a 200-300 calorie surplus so as to gain closer to 1kg per month on average.

Honestly i didnt progress alot.. So i deciided to do my first cut 2 Months Ago i Lost some fat In the first month and i Lost maybe one rep on my lifts until that i was Good. Next month i honestly Lost some strength like couple reps... Until now 2 week ago i started a New Job then for 10 days my sleep got damaged and nutrition i just couldnt anymore take the calorie counting aspect Brother its a physical Job so now i deciided i stop the cut and just start pigging like i did In the beginning of my workout Journey.. And work harder than ever.. So i deciided to try out again novice or a full body workout because i Simply dont have the time and i definetly cant cut anymore. And idk if it works i try it out.. Just Tell me how do i progress on the program AS a intermediate or late novice.. Should i progress same way on fierce 5 upper lower but on a full body routine? Add weight every other week? Also thank you alot Brother for reaching out. Much love

If your not smart enough to see the correlation between that and your OP, then enjoy your newly gained mass.

Slow down on the bulk, eat less calories. If you gain that much that fast, it's mostly fat. You'll have a hard time getting rid of all that excess fat during your cut and the longer your cut takes, the more muscle mass you'll likely end up losing.
