Ok well I dont know if the calculator on this site means I should take in 2300 cals to maintain my weight or to lose fat, so can someone help me figure out how much I need?
5'7" 152lbs 16% bf, 18 yrs old
lift 5x's a week for about 45min to 1 hour
cardio 6x's a week for 30 minutes
I need to get down to 140 to fight in an amatuer boxing match. I have a couple months to do this so time isnt a huge factor. Anyone throw out a guess as to how many cals I should take in?

min calories per day-1200
max calories per day-1460(or round it to 1500)
so stay within this range and consume about 128-150 grams of proten per day and try and stay below ~130 grams of carbs per day and drink 100 ounces of water per day. Stick with the basics-fish oil, multi vitimen, 5g of creatine ethly ester, BCAA.Your suffering will be legendary even in hell.

With a lower bound of 1800 and upper bound of 2800, consume an amount of calories in that range that is in accordance with your activity level.
If training hard one day, eat around 2500-2800. If not going anything, 1800-2000. If just cardio, 2000-2400.
The thing is to just keep tricking your body so it doesn't adapt

rough macros 160g protien , 100-150g carbs ,35-50g fat (good fats tho)Keep Your Eye On The Prize!, Never lose sight of what you want.
