    trying to gain weight

    im trying to gain weight but it seems like im not getting enough calories, i want my calories to be clean also, i get my 250g of protien, im not sure wat else i should eat inorder to get more calories,

    well if you are already getting 250g of protein.... then um... yeah healthy carbs and fats... things like Oats, Potatoes, Green veggies, brown rice, fruits, almonds, peanut butter, olive oil.

    Carbs are your friend on a bulk. Took me a while to realize that when I first started. I was obsessed about protein and neglected carbs. Now, I am seeing good results and my daily intake is usually 55/30/15. Also, invest in PB, very easy way to add extra calories.

    I never started gaining good until I loaded up on carbs. I love raw oats and whole wheat pasta.
    BULKING AND NOT WANTING TO GAIN FAT IS LIKE HAVING SEX AND NOT WANTING TO GET OFF. IT IS NOT VERY PRODUCTIVE.

    -replace all liquids [except water] with whole milk
    -eat plenty of pasta
    -when you wake up to piss in the night, chug a protein shake

    lift heavier weights, do less reps and eat more protein unless you want to just gain fat
