Figured I would post some examples on this, my calorie intake on workout days is around 3000 and cardio days it drops below 2200 and no workout days it is well below 2000 and no carbs

Well strength was through the wall they must have kicked in right away JOKEING Nothing to report as far as the Hem and Prop goes, the first day I did not expect any real strength increases or any results at all.
Diet
My diet pretty much mirrored last Mondays diet, nothing fancy just stuck to the exact same thing, so I did not have to redo the macros and plan the meal out.

Summary:
Did not get my PRs done yesterday my workout partner did not show to spot me, ?I lift in my basement and my 4 year old and my 115 pound wife have a little trouble spotting anything over 300 for me
Nothing new to report, do not feel any different today then I did yesterday. Tomorrow is leg day and I am hoping to get a little kick out of the prop

Final notes: The old timers were hard core, this is my first attempt at gardening sense I have my own land this year. I figured with gas prices and produce going up and up it would not hurt to save by planting one. I just never realized how much work it was and I am no where done yet.

Hemadrol/Propadrol Summary:
No noticeable difference in the gym, but I do feel good overall more so than usual and even after an hour workout on legs I still had the energy to go on another MT bike ride. Tomorrow, ?guess it would be today sense I am a day behind on posting?, is a high carb day and shoulder workout. I think the two should start to kick in just as far as energy and pumps in the gym, we will see this evening. Also right below my shoulders my back is killing me, but this is from going the extra mile and killing myself with stiff leg deads.
Diet for the day
Diet was a little screwed up, I believe my calories in was not enough compared to the calories I burned yesterday, then again I am on a cut, but still I think it was too low. That's what I get for not doing my macros the day before and then trying to wing it the day of my meals.
5 mile MT bike ride home from work, I took the long way around today to get home and left the bike in the lowest gear the majority of the way, man did that hurt
After my workout in the evening around 7:30 some friends from work called and they purchased bikes and wanted to go for a ride. So I figured what the hell I was still able to walk, so it would not hurt. It ended up being 5 of us me being the only one that has rode this year or sense they were in high school Two dudes from work and wife went, and of course my usual riding partner was there here is a pic of my normal solo riding partner

Hemadrol/Propadrol Summary:
Nothing new to report on the supplements
No workout yesterday, I went fishing instead. I will be incorporating my shoulder workout into my back and bicep workout on Saturday or may do it later today. Will post today's information regardless later this evening.
Diet yesterday was on the money no cheating, "well I did have a MTDew at lunch dam it was good too", and around 2700 Cals. Once again doing the math I am still burning more then I consume, so I should be good at the cut.
PS, went trout fishing yesterday and caught a 19" rainbow weighing in at 2.5 pounds fat fish.

Hemadrol/Propadrol Summary:
I noticed a really hard pump almost to the point where it was painful after my workout. Strength is about the same as it was before, other then that nothing new to report.
Diet:
The diet pretty much follows last Friday's diet and I am planning to leave it where it is at, I am still loosing weight at a very slow pace which is good and I have not lost no strength. I am down from 215 to 204 with no mass loss just strictly fat, 4 more pounds and it is time to reward myself with a new pair of trail running shoes.

Summary:
Over all workout was pretty intense even though I did not feel like lifting, little bit of a stomach floor or food poisoning from eating some kind of dip at a birthday party at work. My shoulders were really pumped and it is now Monday and my bursitis in my right should is killing me, but I will just ignore it and drive forward, "did not want the down time for surgery to widen the space to releave the bursitis".

This evening is Chest, I am hoping to see some changes in strength and I am curious if the pump is more than it was on my shoulders on Friday. Today's diet is a little off, because I had to grab something real quick this morning when I got called in for a network outage at 5AM
Side note:I am thinking about doing a new sport this year and with gas pricing soaring, some broken bones from past injuries I need something little safer then racing ATVs, I am thinking about doing this to get my fix for speed this year.
Or really this could be my main reason for wanting to get into Mountain bike racing

Hemadrol/Propadrol Summary:
Still nothing new as far as strength gains, mood change, noticeable difference in the mirror, the only thing I feel is a really good pump. HB or Pete, when does this stack start to kick in or should I just wait till the end of the second week and make adjustments to the doses if I still have no response from the current doses 60mg prop and 50 Hem a day. Also I will be taking some updated pics this evening and comparing them to pics from March 31. I will also be re-evaluating my current diet, I am still losing weight and retaining my strength and muscle mass and this may be why I am not seeing any strength gains, the stack may just be assisting me in retaining muscle while below the amount of cals burned in the day.

Summary:
Chest workout was a little painful in the right shoulder from the bursitis, so I could not go as heavy as I wanted to on the flat bench. Other then that I say it was a really intense chest workout, nice pump and strength is still up where it should be despite the low cal diet.

I am now on week two, so I think I am going to bump it up to 90 and then see if this week brings some strength increases. The Hemadrol should not deliver anything noticable other then some nice slow steady lean mass gains, so I will leave it at 50mg a day.

Me too, specially sense my caleries are now dropping pretty low, this is normally the point where I begin to loose a little strength and mass. I am hoping that this stack helps retain every single bit of the muscle mass in my cut. "that would be real nice"

Hemadrol 50mg at 2PM, this is 3 hours prior to my workout, was taking it at noon
Propadrol: 30mg on wake up, 30mg for lunch and 30mg before bed, totalling 90mg a day. I was at 60mg a day
I am officially putting in my vote to have lingerie pillow fighting made into an official sport

I ended up going on a 10.5 mile MT bike ride through mud and up some killer hills. It is amazing how some muscle do not get hit when working out, but I will tell you this I am sore as shat and pushed extemely hard and did not back down on any hills.
