I give you props at age 20 man! Good Job!
I am about to do my first 2 shows over the next two weeks and will be doing the dream tan method also. Any pointers to give my GF, haha, just slap it in eh...I can picture that going real well!
Did you use anything other than that, like protan?

Great job man! You looked great, props for having the balls to step up to the Mens open, I sure didn't. Whats the plans now?

haha well she had put on pro tan every day the week before for me with a sponge...the only thing I have to say is with dream tan, put small dabs in small areas at a time then rub it in gently, but not to much or it will rub in to much, then smack it a few times and it looks good, then put more dabs on certain spots..and do the whole body like that with about 2-3 coats, or however dark you want.

Haha yea im glad I did, I placed pretty good and it was a rough one to pose to, judges wore us out..I was sweating my ass off after I got off stage. My g/f had to do a full touch up afterwards. Plans now are to get bigger and a lot better. I planned on taking some time off and really focus on bigger fuller muscles now, but I loved it so much I want to compete compete compete lol..But I think if Icontinue doing this then me taking time off and working on getting better will pay off once I compete again. I just dont like bulking for 5 months, I cant gain much size from that at all that I want. So for now im gonna raise carbs back up so im not burning more calories than I take in..do cardio, 2-3 short sessions a week until summer is over and eat mostly clean foods. Try to just put on a little size and not waste all summer. Then start my real fat gaining offseason diet after that

Congrats on your first contest. You looked pretty good for your age. (Better than me at 20.) I'm glad you had fun! Too many guys take it too serious.
You've got good genetics. Looks like you have some good leg development already. Good luck with future progress.

Nahh I got the hell out of their and ate lol...the judges seemed to mostly judge "better" for their hometown boys..so I wasnt about to go up and be all buddy buddy with them

Thanks man, that means a lot coming from you. I had a blast and I def plan on doing another one someday, but plans are for now is to transform my body into something bigger, and harder. Then eventually go for 10x better conditioning.
The food is def great because I changed everything to something different than I ever have before..I am aiming at more whole wheat pastas and so on, which I am loving!
