    Basic Muscle Anatomy Charts/Pics

I'm trying to find a very basic muscle anatomy chart that shows only the major muscle groups (the "mirror muscles").

Obviously, I've searched on Google and the ones I've seen so far are too detailed for my purposes.

    Front:
    Traps
    Delts
    Lats
    Pecs
    Abs
    Hip Flexors
    Quads
    TA

    Back:
    Traps
    Rear Delts
    Lats
    Rhomboids
    Erectors
    Glutes
    Hams
    Calves

Needs to have mainstream appeal, so it can't look too "hardcore" or science-oriented. Anyone happen to have one like this saved on their hard drive?
All real talk, all the time. 100% of my posts have the (srs) tag. I don't do BS and trolling.

Bodybuilding has been advanced through anecdotal knowledge ("broscience"). Studies are over-rated. Experienced BB'ers understand training far better than scientists.

I've always had the belief that if you want to be where somebody is, then do what they did...the real experts are the ones that are in the gym getting the job done. Those are the people that you need to listen to. – Dave Tate

That is a good site. Shame they don't have an overall body view, though.

Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

    Saw both of those, guys.

The bodybuilder pic will intimidate housewives. And they are too detailed. I need the types of charts that you see posted on machines at the gym.

No scientific terms ("hamstrings" vs biceps femoris), no tendons/muscle heads shown, just large areas of the body shaded to correspond to basic muscle groups.

    Real basic. 1st grade anatomy.

this is one of the best ones ive seen in a long time, put together by one of bb.com's own! of course, it features a person with a developed musculature though? if a housewife wants to learn anatomy shes gunna learn it best when the muscles are as big as possible so theyre easiest to pick out.

Or, if you really want them to remember each muscle, i will send you pics of myself with arrows. Then they'll remember...

    kidding.

How could you forget about our BB.com's very own exercises page? Just take a screenshot. It's not really a traditional muscle diagram but it's fairly obvious and it'd suit your purpose I think.

I didn't forget about it. You want me to show Nasser and Ebony Venus to Mrs. Jones who wants to "drop 10 lbs. and tone her hips"?

    Good point. How about this?

Not insulting you. There's plenty of choices on the first page, find whatever level of detail you need there. Obviously the forum can't help you here.
