i look skinny in the morning but fat in afternoon
anyone know how to try keep myself looking slim like in morning or is it just because of the food i eat and cant stop it?
also does anyone else get effected by this

dont eat or drink any water throughout the day, and you will keep that look......
i hate looking smallish in the morning.

I also get that from different rooms lol  I think in one room there is just one bad small bulb and it makes me look fatter, the light in my room makes me look more muscular, outdoor lighting makes me look more lean. Then mornign and afternoon ... lol

yea its just cause you have not eaten anything throughout the nightly so your gonna have a leaner look in the morning

ur slimmer in the morning cuz when u sleep it's considered fasting, that's why it is called break + fast, cuz ur breakin the fast, so unless u fast all day u probably wont look like you do in the morning

its just cause you havnt eatin anything in a while, your stomach looks fatter and you arent bloated, you wont be able to keep that look throughout the day.

I actually look pumped in the morning. And as the day progresses I look skinnier and skinnier. But lifting and eating a lot balances it out. Thats why I don't like off days.

when you sleep on your back/stomach it sinks into yourself and you look small/skinny in morning

In your sleep your spine naturally extends my a quarter to a half an inch, posture and constant gravity on your spine throughout the day make the body look wider
this and food intake (though food intake makes less of a difference then the former)
