- 1 - 1 1/2 cups coffee with splenda, sweet n low, coffee mate, splash of 0,1,or 2% milk
- 2 or 3 eggs scrambled in olive oil
- 1 4 oz steak (grilled the day or 2 days before)
- 1 or 1 1/2 servings of corn grits boiled in ff chicken broth with 1- 1 1/2 pieces of American cheese.
- 2 pieces whole wheat toast
- .5 liters of water (poland spring usually)
I eat the eggs with the toast and the steak with the grits, drink coffee before during and after while sipping on water too. Sometimes I will also have about 10-15 nuts after im done(almonds, cashews, peanuts, etc)

Usually it is:
1 cup skim milk
1 scoop vanilla whey
3 egg whites
Packet of quaker oatmeal (use 2/3 cup of protein shake to cook)
orange
On sundays or days I dont have to work, sometimes I'll make pancakes, this mornings consisted of:
3/4 cup fiber one pancake mix
1 scoop vanilla whey
.5 scoops banana creme casein
1 packet nestle's hot chocolate mix
1/4 cup fresh picked black raspberries (pick em myself waiting on the bus)
top them off with
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp peanut butter & co. white chocolate wonderful
1/4 cup raspberries
Dam good.

Here is my power breakfast - 1 cup of whole oats with organic homemade honey as a sweetener, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, 3 whole eggs and 4 egg whites, 2 tablespoon of flaxseeds and a wheat protein shake (~20gms of protein). This pretty much keeps me full for 3-4 hours after which I have my second meal for the day.

2 whole eggs, 1/4 cup liquid egg whites in an omelette with ham and onions.
1/2 cup oats with 1 cup milk.
I'f I'm still hungry, a can of tuna and a PB&B sandwich. Boom.My guilty pleasure: excessive cardio.
