    Fat Burners!!

What do you guys think of:
    -Hydroxycut
    -Xenadrine
    -EAS BetaLeanHP

I think I'm going to buy Xenadrine or BetaLeanHP coz, in my mind, Muscletech is bogus.

Well, on every other product you'd most likely be right. But Hydroxycut is actually halfway decent and better than Betalean. Actually if you've got extra cash to spend try animal cuts and if you want the same results as those you named for less money, have a shot at adipokinetix. Don't think you'd regret it.

My preference on these ephedra-based fat burners is towards the time release versions. There are three good ones that I know of:

    MetRx Thermicore CRT
    Ergopharm ErgoLean
    EAS BetaLean

EAS's product claims to release 80% of active ingredient in the first hour and then the remaining 20% over the next two hours.

MetRx's and Ergopharm's products each claim to have a precise release factor which works over an eight hour period.

I use Thermicore CRT myself and both like what it does for me in how I feel and in the desired result.

Other people like to use ephedra to jump start their day and/or their workout by consuming 30-60 minutes prior...in that case, you would likely want a non-time released formula like those Big Cat has listed (I am assuming they are non-time released) or Xenadrine (Cytodyne), Zenotrope (ISS) or Dymetadrine (AST).

Well, I'll bump the Ergolean, but it'll be a cold day in hell before I recommend EAS.

Time release is a very good idea form these products. Unfortunately, ErgoPharm's dosing recommendation is way too small. With a true time-release, you can increase the dosing, because it eliminates dangerous peaks in blood levels. They lowered the dosing recommendation instead.

Hey Cat, what do you have against EAS? I actually think their protein line is halfway decent, but as always, I'd like to hear what you think.

Exactly, its nice to have someone with memory around. I wouldn't trust Bill Phillips if he sent me a dollar for every supp he sold.

Actually, I was wondering if they sold products that claimed they had something in it that they didn't. Making outrageous claims is fairly common in the supplement business as a whole. Are their labels accurate at least?

Is animal cut for men only?
