i tried to google it an nothing came up so a little help if u guys could, how many whole almonds are in a ounce or 1/4c. is it like 24 whole nuts Jw.

is that for 170 cals or so too. if so im way short on what i thought.

it will vary depending on size, but suppose they each weigh a gram, 28grams = 1 ounce.
Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. They're primarily concerned with pushing their products. Not your safety or what's best for you.
