3 weeks out photos!!
Hey guys here are some 3 weeks out photos from my 4th tested competition... CANT WAIT!!!!
any advice is welcome. couldnt get the pictures taken by a person so i let the camera do its thing... will post updates if people are interested

heh or i got trey brewers wheels  . Nah 209 was my weight before i started prepping for this show. weighed myself mid december was 209 havent weighed myself since. I tried to focus on the mirror this time will see how it goes.
I will post some full body shots soon. in a few days or so

Great physique. Your upper body: chest, shoulders and arms are really good. Your inner back is muscular but I think your lats could be wider.

thanks for the comments guys! I will post some full body shots in the next few days after i shave my legs... worst part of contest prep but i guess its gotta be done

This is a bad idea. You should weigh yourself every morning upon rising as this is your gauge to a maximum of 2 pounds per week and if you see a sudden drop day to day you are able to alter the carbs to prevent muscle loss. By not doing this, weeks will go by and you may have several drops that were more harsh than you wanted. This will only result in muscle loss.

i tried to gauge that on stretgth, i kept my strength for squat/bench to within 20lbs of my max, i do high intensity low volume training. Had a slight lower back injury which messed my back training but the rest have been good.
I have been doing 4 point caliper measurements ( 7 is more accurate but i started with 4 before i found about the 7 method) and anyways the caliper without weight is kind of useless but i do not think i lost alot of muscle. I did not do much cardio 30-45 min low intensty.
I will definately monitor for sudden drops like that next time. Learn something everytime that is the point.
