Hi i have currently been using MAN supplements such as Clout and BodyOctane. I finished my first 2 tubs and recently ordered the same 2 tubs again im nearly past half way line on these 2 tubs I ordered 1 tub of Primal Male and have been using it for 1 week. I was wondering what should i do NOW. should i order again Clout+BO for a third time, or should i try something else.
I can honestly say i have had some good experience with these 2 supplements Clout+Bo and am very interested in the Blue Print, But reading on the forum it stated i have to use 2 bottles of Blue Print 2 see the full effects.
In the mean while i am looking forward for the release of the NEW supps coming out 2. So i dont know what to do?

That would be 2 bottels of blue print right. do you think if im seeing a difference with using primal male i should order 1 more of that 2?

ZACH, did you fell any strength gains or notice anything, i mean get a bit stronger on your bench press etc.

I agree with Zach. Stick to what's working for you right now. Clout + BO is a great combo. and one that I fall back on a lot when I'm thinking of solid stacks.
In terms of Primal Male, I would pick up another bottle if you want to run a full cycle. I just finished my first bottle and can honestly say that I'm looking forward to the second oneTeam HALEO

Done , I have had great gains From Man supplements, therefore i am happy to announc i have now ordered the Man Firm again third time in a row.
My order consists of ,
1x Primal Male
2x Blue Print
1x Body Octane
As Clout is out of stock, I,ll just order that from Uk.
I think this order will take longer as i chose the 7-14 day delivery option as i get charged alot by using the 2-5 day delivery from BB.COM as when fedex delivers they charge big time.
So i think my Bo will run out b4 the end of next week. do you think it may cause me some loss in gains if i just use Clout b4 workout as i have to wait untill order arrives.

do i need to take a week out or something as i have been using clout and bo consistently 1 tub after another with no break, will taht cause any stomach problem like too much creatine or something,
i would like to know so when my third order comes i will use it after 1 week break

I haven't gone through one workout since I tore my RCs without a resistance band. In between each set, not matter if I'm working arms, chest, or legs, I'll warm up my RCs with external and internal shoulder rotations in-between each and every set.. It's helped me a TON. There is also a great stretch that helps me out a lot... I'll try to explain it:
Lets say your right RC is the one you want to stretch...
-Stand facing a wall with your right shoulder slightly closer to the wall than your left shoulder (so you're at a 45 degree angle or so).
-You should be pretty close to the wall (shoulder almost touching)
-Slowly raise your right arm up and kinda like you would be flexing your bicep and place your elbow up against the wall as high as you possibly can. So you're kinda like me in my Avy (obviously smaller arms ) but your elbow is much higher and against a wall.
-Now slowly lean into the wall and try to touch your lat to the wall under your elbow... you should feel a stretch throughout your tricep, lat, and RCs...
-Then ease away from the wall, wait 5 seconds and lean back in. Each time you lean back in, try to get closer to the wall. If you can get so close to the wall that your body is touching the wall, try bringing your elbow higher.
... I know it's complicated, but if you can figure out what the hell that says up there, You'll be glad you did.
EDIT: and if/when you do get back into flat benching or BB benching, try keeping your hands in slightly closer than you normally would. This takes some of the angled pressure off of your RC and focuses it more on your stronger joints.
If you go back to flies, make sure you don't go too far past parallel or even to parallel when you're bringing the weight down.... I'm sure you've figured this one out by now.Last edited by cal62887; 04-19-2008 at 07:59 AM.
