Anyways, it was funny cus when the competitors were doin the rear lat spread, someone mentioned Kai's and Ronnie said somethin like "that's a wide-ass back"

Kai has absolutly exploded in hte last year. I don't know how much muscle he gained, but it looks like he packed on 30 - 40 lbs of lean muscle..

Not realy, what you are seeing is his left bicep that has been TORN/IMBALANCED slightly...he suffers from the same imbalace Cutler has on his biceps...only thing is KAI hides it well with his poses.

He shows off his right bicep a lot but his left arm he shows from the posterior side when posing.

It is noticable ...he does have high biceps (NICE PEAKS) ...but they are not necesarily short muscle bellies...OR AT LEAST NOT to be a negative...

Dont be surprised if he leapfrogs wolf/heath and wins the O after jay's muscletech reign is over. One thing the winner of the O always has is a ridiculous rear lat spread, and while Wolf's might be a little wider, Greene's is probably more than twice as thick.

Good call! I honestly Hope he does. I had him winning the Arnold. I knew he wouldn't because of all the hype surrounding dex and phil, but He was the most muscular man onstage and in the best shape. He is also an outstanding poser to boot. That combination should = winner to me, but what do i know???

Well I know whenever they ask him questions about placings or predictions, it sounds like he's trying to avoid sounding cocky or arrogant, so he ends up overexplaining himself with disclaimers expressing gratitude about what he's achieved thus far, before answering the question indirectly as to avoid saying something to the effect of "YES, DAVE! THOSE BITCHES ROBBED ME AT THE ARNOLD" etc.

it's kind of refreshing and irritating at the same time.

Well you can please some of the people some of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time. Give a short, joking answer like dex and people will say you are unprofessional/ghetto. Give long, deep, analytical answers like kai and people say you are irritating/beating around the bush. You just can't win either way.
