How to count calories??
For the past 3 weeks I have been lowering my calorie intake by 200 a week. This week I am on 2400 a day, I thought...
On bodybuilding.com I read the you multiply carbs and protein by 4.5M/b> when it turns out you are supposed to multiply by 4! (according to the nutrition labels on food) That means I have only been getting just over 1900 calories a day!
I was wondering why I was seeing such a dramatic difference in such a short time.
Anyway, which is right? 4.5 or 4?
I know fat is multiply by 9.

Sugar is 3.811 if you want to get really exact. Protein is VERY close to 4.

To calculate calories. If you eat 10g of fats, you've consumed ~90 calories. and 10g of protein or carbs ~= 40 calories.
