What are some good and convenient meals that I could bring with me to work? I'm going to be eating 3 meals a day there, and I'm already bringing chicken/rice/veggies for one, as well as turkey/cheese/2 slices of wheat bread. What's something easy I could bring along as another at work meal?

If you don't mind another sandwich, I always like the canned tuna with mustard, tomato, onion, black pepper, and garlic. and if you have a microwave available, you could go with some oatmeal. You could also try to make some protein pancakes ahead of time and wrap those things up. (1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup cottage, 4 eggs (or equivalents))

At your height/weight, I'm guessing you're bulking? I also spend an unfortunate amount of time in the office at work, but I break it up with going down the servo and getting a 600mL-1L carton of milk... that alone has 360-560kcal depending how big the bottle is, and only costs $1.50.
Muesli bars are another option... cheap, easy to pack, require no refrigeration or preparation and have ~150kcal each mostly comprising of oats. 4-5 of them and you've got another fair bulk of calories.

x2 on the milk.
I'm married with kids and go to college full time, so there are times where I spend a lot of time away from home. I like to get close to a half gallon of skim milk, some fresh fruit/veggies, then a good source of protein: maybe a chicken breast, tuna, or left over steak.
The secret is getting a huge lunch box and some of the ice packs. Also, I bought the water bottles with the ice tube inside, freeze the ice tube and put milk in the bottle and keep it cool.
