Kettlebell training
I hear and read articles about the countless benifits of kettlebell training for MMA, Wrestling, Grappling, Boxing etc. I am wondering how effective kettlebells are??? Also what makes them so much better then weights and bodyweight training. Are they worth buying????

Very effective. But IMO buy a kettlestack instead of a kettlebell and save some money.

Man, there is a BUTT load of info on this if you search on this site as well as google....
I personally would not buy a set of kettlebells, but I would do this instead (thanks to "wannabesedated" for telling me about them)

If I remember corrrectly, the kettelstack site says that it will work with standard and olympic style plates....read in the FAQ, I'm 99% sure they do...
If I'm wrong, let me know for sure...but I'm pretty sure they do work with olympic style plates.
