My Cutting Diet
I am cutting right now and killin it in the gym everyday but this is about my tipical meal in a day.
100% whey w/ milk - banana or 1 cup blueberries
2 S Rye/Pump/Sour - 3 S Turkey - 2 S Cheese - 1 Ham - Tomatoe - Oregano
100% whey w/ water (during workout)
1 Salmon/Chicken Fillet - 1/3 Sweet Pota/ 2 Small Pota - Seasonings
100% whey w/water (break at work)
5-6 egg whites - salt pepper
1 Salmon/Chicken Fillet
But do I have to much sodium and stuff in my diet? and I am drinking just about 8-12oz with each whole food meal, enough water?
and I am taking Animal Pak - Lipo 6
O and some nights I come home and eat a bunch of carbs (which is stopping) but i guess its good sometimes.
