to pack on the pounds you need to be getting about 1.5 grams per pound of body weight and need about 3-4 carbs per pound of body weight in carbs on top of that you need some good fats like peanut butter
make sure all the sources are good sources as well complex carbs mainly then quality protien and good fats
when your bulking your literally have to eat to the point where your uncomfortable

Well said , you dont neeed that much protein , 100g per day will do enough , what you need is med protein , low fat, high carb diet. Dont listen to these fools saying you have to take protein more than or equal your body weight. extra protein is harmful for your brain , if you dont believe me take a nutrition course at university ( thats what i have taken) or do some research on N-cycle and the by products.extra protein will convert to energy too.So unless you have too much money and wanna hurt your brain then be my guest take 500g protein a day. I even seen a Jay catlor's clip , he said he was taking around 280-300g protein ( please dont compare yourself to him , he is pro , on **** load of steroids and etx)
