Kind of bummed they didn't hae a BDB or rear lat spread to see if this rest has helped him at all. I'm guessing it will be hard for anyone to figure out what is doing with his physical issues until he starts training again and if the left side responds well to it. His left arm is still smaller than the right, but it was when he stopped training so logic sort of dictates they would each shrink down at their respective rates. As for the back, it might be a little more telling even now b/c his lower left side didn't seem to be firing off at all at the o.

I miss Ronnie. I really wanted him to get 9 O's. Jay lucked out for sure this year. I'm not saying Ronnie necessarily beat him, but I am saying that Jay didn't get that no.1 spot.

The guy hasn't trained in seven months.
And I believe that because he had alot of things going on in his life.
When I stop training for three months I get really skinny so big props to the big guy▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Ronnie doesn't look outstanding but he's been kicking back and taking a rest from training. I don't know why everyone's posting frowning faces and all that ****. Christ. He was the most dominant competitive bodybuilder of all time!!! Give him some slack!!!!!!!!!!!
While he's not aesthetically pleasing right now, his body is getting some MUCH needed rest. He didn't compete in a ton of shows, just the O, but obviously from the transformation he was making over the years you know he wasn't slacking off at all. If anything, he was training and taking too many drugs. You can't stay at the top of the mountain and maintain your footing forever. Just because he's decided to take a step down, it doesn't mean he's flown off the handle bars. You guys are jaded. I'm happy that Ronnie's taking this time off, as much as the fan in me wants to see him compete.
I'm sure he'll stay on "pro" range HRT for the rest of his life and start training again. But his body is probably enjoying this rest more than anything. Being a top tier bodybuilder isn't the most conducive thing for your health, especially when you were the number 1 bodybuilder for a decade. Jesus, guys... just because he's not peaking right now, doesn't mean that he's a rotting sack of **** King Kamali or anything. Give him a little bit of respect. He's a legend.

Well I saw him in person today and I have to say that those pics don't do him justice. He is still massive and his biceps are damn freaky, that front double biceps pic above is the sh't, he doesn't even hold the pose. I was really impressed today that he looked so good, especially without training.
Even his back double biceps flowed fairly well. The only problem was the rear lat spread, he couldn't really spread his wings. But all in all, I was happy because he looked really good for a DEEP off-season.
With regard to a comeback: he isn't sure, he wants to do something, but doesn't know what. I guess he will live his life at the moment.Ronnie KING Coleman, the greatest bodybuilder of all time.

Bodybuilding is very exhausting and I can't imagine what it'd be like to be number one in the IFBB. I just hope Ronnie continues enjoying his life and being a spokesperson for BSN, etc. It'd be nice to see him when he's training again and lost a bit of weight, just staying really well conditioned (not overly or contest conditioned though) and doing lots of guest posing. I think the fans would welcome and embrace that with open arms. He can stay healthy, never have to diet and drug up too crazy and still make a ton of cash. That'd be a nice, comfortable way for him to ween into retirement. Ronnies been everywhere and done everything. He's conquered the bodybuilding world like no one else (aside from maybe Arnold, but that's a different era).
Long live the king
