I know the farmer's walk is a great mass-building exercise. I'm just confused on which day to do them. Would it be better to do them on back or leg day?
I could see equal justification of doing farmer's walk on either day. I would suggest switching it up sometimes and doing it on both days. However i could see it making your back sore before making your legs sore, so i might be leaning towards back on this one
