I'm alittle confused..here are two pics taken maybe a week apart.
I gained 5 pounds in that one week when I was working out almost every day (weightlifting some days, running others) and it looks like if anything I gained water weight? This confuses me help please! I have drunken alot of water this week but my diet has been 100% clean. Also, I've had very low carbs this week so perhaps that's why. thanks for responses
