Supplements??? where to start??? HOW???
I am having hard time understanding supplements. I downt know what to take, when and how to take? They are so many, I get confused and throw money out of the window. I have a very healthy and stable diet, take whey protein b4 work-out and casein protein before bed, yet I dont feel like I am doing enough. I want that push to the next level. I am stronger and bigger than last year, but I know i can do better. Can any of you share some tips with me?
