Hi-
How are you? I just start working out, almost 12 months ago. I used to weight 174lbs, today I am 212. I spend 2 hrs in the gym 5 days a week. i am not familiar with supplements and I need help/advice from a pro . Can you please tell me how do yo take supplements and what r u taking? I currently take size on and protein on daily basis. I need more than that, I reached a plateou and I am not increasing mass....I know its not easy, but please share some of you secrets.
