Do rear delts at the end of your back workout. That what I do.

    Try flip-flopping`

I normally do shoulders first, then back the next day. Seems to work like a charm.

I used to do shoulders the day after back. Hit your rear delts if they feel like they need it, if your sore maybe skip them. Personally I'de only train rear delts once every 3 weeks or so.

What's a good rear delt exercise? Why only every 3 weeks?
