Need a really big help. Please.
Hi, i am 5'6, currently 19 years old. i started body building two years ago but it was not a intense body building. I do know most of the exercise and my bench press now is just 50kg.
As you can see my arms are quite big but my chest and my back is not. I want to focus on them but not my arms. I do not want my arms to get any bigger. I am starting to go on a diet and doing more cardio.
Is there any suggestions on how to focus more on the chest and back but not getting your arms bigger? I go to gym and do cardio 3 times a week.
i really want to get into shape because people teased me and i really do not like it.please help me.

Get your diet in check.
Get a workout routine that hits your entire body (5x5 is good for beginners)
Get enough sleep
And your arms aren't that big, sorry to say. You need to work your entire body atm. Even if you've been doing it two years, you haven't done everything like you should've.

Your arms aren't big, they just have a lot of fat on them, since I see no definition.
Eat less junk food and get a better workout routine.

I agree totally with what Mankix has said...for the optimal results you need to combine diet with lifting and an adequate amount of sleep. If you want a phenomenal physique you cant half a.ss any aspect, everything has to be done according to plan.
All the best mate...good to see another Aussie in here

I have tried 5X5, it did gain in mass, but as i said i am really short and i don't want my arms to bigger than it is. There are a lot fat though i admit and i am going on diet and working on my cardio. Any suggestions because i only want my chest bigger but not my arms. That is the question, not saying if i look good or not.

hit that dumbell bench press! i think it isolates my chest better than barbell bench presses... as far as back goes well... pull ups, rows and deads are the basics and all you should need for a while just to get some definition in there.. but you're NOT going to see the results until you get ur diet straight.. thats probably 70 percent of reshaping ur body dude good luck

It looks like one arm is bigger than the other one. i think its the angle of the camera.
Anyways thanks for the advice. I will keep posting latest pictures and try go get some changes.
Do you guys have any programs that you think might be good for me? or should i work on 5x5 again? or HIT?
