hey guys igot some pictures of me and i want to see what you guys think.. im not flexing my abs in tehse pics so you cant see them but when i do flex u see the outline of 6... wut would my bodyfat be and what would be ideal for summer thanks.. i would also like to cut up my arms so i see more definition cause there big but lack definition thanks..

haha no i know that but when i first started training the was me i was like 160 with mostly bodyfat... now my problem here guys is last summer i was 177 maybe a lil higher and ill show u that pic... will i look alot better then that?? im just scared im going to get no where as far as my bulk for winter went ={

Uve got a decent build man. I'd say ur BF% is fairly low. Probably 13-16%
Cuz u cant even see my abs like yours and im guessing im around 17-19%.
I would try to clean bulk and keep adding a lot of muscle mass and then just get shredded up.Havent lifted since 2014 after benching 355 and ruining shoulder.
Hoping to make it back into the gym after the Resolutioners clear out mid February.

yeaaa thanks i know im not skinny fat any more .. but that was the body type i was like 2-3 years ago when i first started lifting... i see my 6 abs fully when i flex them and i will get a pic up soon.. its just when i dont flex they dont look like anything is there but fat.. so im going to try to drop 10-15 pounds down to 185-190 and hopefully be around 10- 9 % body fat that low.. should i look into carb cycling i already bought the EC stack for my cardio days of low carbs...
and yeah i feel you on the planet fitness im over at NH health and raquet its not bad for a family plan...
