but we can still get a big upper body without doing squats. some ppl here don't want to compete but rather just have a nice upper body for the ladies and daily activities...

You wont look like that without squats, but youre going to look like a doofus..
athetlic upperbody and Chickenlegs.. Lmao.. Not to mention it will be PROBABLY hard on your legs to carry the extra weight without weight training to keep up, depending on how much size youve put on..
If you only work upperbody, you fail at life.. what the hell do you tell your girlfriend when youre naked? "Oh.. I dont train my legs, thats why their smaller than yours"

Well, if you dont train legs and your getting heavier just from upperbody muscle.. think about this.. Your legs are now the same strength they were before.. Try running or jumping, you'll notice it.. your Endurance as far as running will be GREATLY down, because legs cant handle it.
Im sure you didnt run as fast at 205 as you do now..
If you dont train legs you look dumb anyway.. My cousin has it, Chicken-Leg syndrome. He looks like crap full-body though, his legs are even FARTHER behind, if thats possible.

I was expecting a huge guy with like 5 year old legs before I clicked.... but that guy is almost worse.
How the **** could anyone waste three years of their life working out and look like that. He looks worse that 99% of the beginners here... I really can't beleive how dumb some people are."This is now. How can I change tomorrow, if I can't change today." -HateBreed
"If you're out of breath, dizzy, feel like vomiting, and can't remember your name... you are on the right road."
- Cutting from 175 lbs. 13% BF
- Goal 7-8% 165ish, then clean bulking for a year.

LOL once every 2 weeks.. I train all my bodyparts exactly equal.. check my routine in my bodyblog, I dont train arms twice and chest twice, and ignore the rest.. thats dumb to me, train everything equally or not at all.
Well.. probably not really, because he could train his upperbody more often and therefore keep using the nutrients hes eating.. atleast, thats what Im thinking.
You should see my cousin, serious, AND he thinks hes hella jacked. He goes to the same gym, and when I started going he saw me with my jacked ass friend, told me not to let him get me taking roids..
Now he thinks Ive taken roids, he told my family, and they confronted my parents, my parents laughed like hell.. Lol, stupid people, base whats possible off of what theyve achieved.. Hes been training for 7+ years and looks like an average woman.

lol my dad used to be a powerlifter back when he was younger, the guy was shredded at 165 (ate like garbage, i can post his ridicilous diet if you want). Anyway he is advising me not to squat and deadlift, then he shows me how he squatted (heels on 2/4) and deadlifted (some horrible back rounding) then i started doing those lifts. 7 months of pure bench/curls until he did that demonstration for me.

Your life will never be a straight path.”
“To not only take risks, but to be open to life. To accept new views and to be open to new opinions. While it may be frightening, it will also be rewarding. Because the chances you take… the people you meet… the people you love…the faith that you have—that’s what’s going to define your life.”
