Had some fatty meat and about a 1/8th slice of my pie on Friday night, woke up the next morning before prejudging, had 3 pancakes, in between morning and night had a burger, and post contest I had a grilled chicken salad.

Nah man, its not while you're coming off, its when stepping on!
Its such a rush, really addicting. Its hard to describe all the emotions you get while on, its awesome though.

hell yea it is.. my first contest prep i was like why the **** am i doing this! Now that I know what is like, I am so much more focused and want to compete again so bad. I havent even wanted to cheat really. The one cheat meal a week helped though a ton with the palumbo diet.

I was thinking the same thing! Bodybuilding would be one of the biggest sports on the planet if you could do a show, then start prepping, lol.

im gonna have so much cereal, cookies, candy bars, ice cream, pizza, subs, and fast food down my throat saturday night and sunday

ill look like **** for about 10 days and be normal again.. Going right back on pro/veg days that monday

Thats what I'm thinking, but extending it to Thursday. 5 days in Chicago vacation I'm a deep dish pizza ADDICT, so I will be eating at Ginos or Lou's every night. I've got my laundry basket stacked too right now..I'll take pics in the AM

Ha...My first two shows I was anorexic..first show I weighed 148lbs 2nd show two weeks later I was at 146...then eventually went down to 139 somehow....first week after the 2nd show I went to a pizza buffet and had 32 slices of pizza with my own olive oil on top of every slice and two days later I lost a pound...ridiculous....I still have pics of what i looked like

I'm 5'10" I think I looked like **** to be honest. I'm around 195 right now down from 213....

how did i miss this thread??? haha its awesome. but ya i STUFFED myself the whole day after on airport food.. so mainly candy. and felt like **** the next day.. started my diet up two days later and its taken my more than a week to get even close to my contest weight..moderation is definitely important.

but wow i totally forgot about those philadelphia bars.. i will definitely have to find a box of those for after my next show.. did yall ever find em??

no i couldn't find them.. i've been to multiple grocery stores. I look in the ice cream/cakes section in the freezer aisle, as well as where all the cream cheese stuff is. don't know where they are!
