Had some fatty meat and about a 1/8th slice of my pie on Friday night, woke up the next morning before prejudging, had 3 pancakes, in between morning and night had a burger, and post contest I had a grilled chicken salad.

hell yea it is.. my first contest prep i was like why the **** am i doing this! Now that I know what is like, I am so much more focused and want to compete again so bad. I havent even wanted to cheat really. The one cheat meal a week helped though a ton with the palumbo diet.

I wouldnt go too crazy for that long.. enjoy yourself though
Every competitor i met has told me to give myself the weekend to binge and eat whatever and get right back on a normal diet.. my second show i said **** it and went right into bulking after my show .. i was 176 for my show, 196 the next monday.. 232 at the end of my bulkMET-Rx/Pure Protein Board Rep

Ha...My first two shows I was anorexic..first show I weighed 148lbs 2nd show two weeks later I was at 146...then eventually went down to 139 somehow....first week after the 2nd show I went to a pizza buffet and had 32 slices of pizza with my own olive oil on top of every slice and two days later I lost a pound...ridiculous....I still have pics of what i looked like

how did i miss this thread??? haha its awesome. but ya i STUFFED myself the whole day after on airport food.. so mainly candy. and felt like **** the next day.. started my diet up two days later and its taken my more than a week to get even close to my contest weight..moderation is definitely important.
