I'm 1 week out today and read every page! I started planning my binge today, and even did a little shopping:
Next trip to the grocery store:
That, plus some IHOP for dinner Saturday, candy bars and ordering a pizza on Sunday
Monday's breakfast will be bing-y, then back on diet by Monday afternoon :/Work like a slave. Eat like a king. Sleep like a baby. Look like a GOD.

In the first 24 hours after my first comp, I consumed:
11 PM: Chili's Triple Dipper with eggrolls, cheesburger sliders, and boneless wings, and a coke
6 AM: plate of waffles, plate of eggs, plate of biscuits&gravy, 2 apple danishes, an apple, an orange, a banana, large glass of OJ
10 AM: Starbucks venti caramel machiatto and an apple fritter
2 PM: Arby's roast beef sandwhich, curly fries, large coke, large jamocha milkshake
6 PM: chips & salsa, huge plate of food at Mexican restaurant, and 2 pieces of cheesecake
And never got sick...felt AMAZING, actually lol.
After that day, I pretty much went back on my meal plan...but continued to eat some sweets (donuts, cake, pie, etc) on top of that for another week...regret that now.

Bumping this old thread. Currently 1 week out and ever since 4-5 weeks out I've been craving sweets like crazy but they come and go. Chocolate, donuts, cheese cake, cake, lots and lots of that sugary frosting, cookies, pastries, ice cream, pop tarts (bought 7 boxes the other day), cupcakes, pies, stuff like that.
This is where I need your guys help. Post contest should I go to the Cheesecake Factory or do I go to a couple different stores and pick up some of those things I listed and take them home and eat. So undecided. And I learned my lesson last show. This time I'm keeping it just to the night of the show and its right back to eggs and oats the next morning.

How bad would it be if I went to the bars the night of the contest? My prejudging is this friday and then saturday is the finals. I'm planning binging my ass off on all sorts of terrible foods and then hitting the bars for quite a lot of drinks, inb4 I black out.
How bad would that be? I feel like the hangover will be killer since I'll already be dehydrated from the show. Anything else to worry about?Nationally Qualified NPC Men's Physique bodybuilder

Go after finals and yes the dehydration from teh show could make it worse and I really ****ed myself up that way. I didn't drink any water even after the show and continued to eat junk loaded with sodium. I couldn't drink anything cause I was too full from the food. Barely drank any water at all for days following dropping water from the show. For about 2 months after the show I was thirsty non stop, always felt dehydrated, and my lips always felt kind of spicy. it was wierd, i think i really fuked something up though, now its fine. And just a tip, make the binge last that night or at most 2 days, then get back to normal. Last comp back in March I went full retard for like 4 days and I gained a good amount of weight, I went back to a normal diet, but continued to eat about 4000-4600 cals a day. Really sucked being in contest shape and looking great to losing all the definition and looking not so great. Only reason I don't regret it completely is cause I also gained a good amount of muscle no doubt and strength sky rocketed and I was the strongest I'd ever been. This week I'm limiting it to the night of the show and not dropping water.

I'm currently <10 weeks out and this thread had me laughing so hard.
I have already been dieting for 53 weeks so all my food cravings have been pretty much gone for months now. (Broke my ankle, had surgery, had to lose 40 lbs from the weight gain from inactivity and lack of diet)
Wondering if this will change when I get closer to my show haha.

lmao this is too good. 8 weeks out from my second junior show and number 1 of 3 this season... Needless to say the cravings are kicking in big time lol. Already planned out how many and what flavour full sized chip bags i'm going to demolish after the show.. Add an entire jar of peanut butter to that mix too

So glad I found this thread. Finished my first show about one and a half weeks ago. I ate a large pizza, went on a business trip were I guzzled some beers down and ate like crap. Didn't seem to have much impact on me. Eating clean again and started training. Going to keep following this thread for my next contest.

omg man... 4.5 weeks out for me now... And i have written out an entire list lmao. Ice cream and donuts man... And I NEVER crave donuts.
I remember after my first show I was so damn tired to eat anything other than a couple pieces of pizza after the night show but the next day... Ihop in the morning just ate everything I could put my hands on. Literally sat there and ordered almost everything on the menu at ihop and I remember the waitress was like (it was 8 am btw) "ice cream sundae?
