lol i drooled over this thread so hard before my shows..then 2 day after the british finals i was back inthe gym, back weighing my food, back on my pre contest meals. most of the stuff i brought is still in the fridge
found half the stuff makes me feel ill now aswell...
still will probs be back in here drooling over pictures of beefburgers again when in late stage prep next year

Are you fuking serious? That made me crave my homemade pizza like hellllll. It's not enough to throw me off, but gott damn! Gonna make the thickest, biggest nastiest pizza after the show lol.
And not a single fuk will be given about post contest bloat that day.
Why get into contest shape if you're not competing? I understand getting ripped and lean, but that's quite a bit different than "contest ready."
I got carried away. Was so exhilarating to get so lean with no help.

Alas, I cannot binge right after my first contest since I will be doing another one week after (first show, while serious and a national qualifier, is the warmup to show I have always had my sights on).
So, on 11/13, my first meal will consist of a stack of pancakes, topped with vanilla ice cream, bananas foster and whipped cream. The question remaining is if I should eat it in order to recover from the hangover I am going to have from getting ****e-faced the evening prior after the show!

Starting Nov. 6th im going to a sushi buffet to stuff my face, then go to a local burger shop to do a burger challenge (the burger has 4 half pound patties!!), then im going to make a taco pizza!!!!
Crikey mate, you've got a truckload of crap in the USA lol. I don't compete, just eat clean to look good, but if I was going to go on a binge it would look like this.
- Chocolate milk
- Chinese special fried rice + honey chicken & prawn crackers
- Whole jar of full fat/full salt peanut butter with a loaf of white bread
- Mars Bars
- Beer, Cider, Wild Turkey American Honey (straight outta the bottle lol).
I know this thread is kind old at this point but im looking for some advise of people who have competed and had the experience im going to have, I have my first show march 24th and want to binge and have a rest day the sunday after,and the following day(monday)would be back to norm, the binge would be 5500 calories of pizza, ice cream, a big mac and chinese food.I have not cheated since jan of 2011 so I am ocd when it comes to eating clean and would have no problem going back to pre contest diet and cardio until I work my way back to a full on bulk. I know nobody can say exactly but how detrimental could a day like this be?

Literally just looked through this whole thread and now I'm salivating exactly one week from now I'll be stuffing my face though
Hahaha my planned post contest binge ended up being a total fail, which is definitely a good thing! I had a MET-RX Big 100 Colossal bar (cookie crunch btw, delicious) right after I took a shower because the show was at a YMCA so right after I finished the posedown for the overalls I wanted to get some of the crap of me lol. Then, my friends, my girlfriend, and I looked for somewhere to eat. The first place that we passed that I approved of (I didn't want just fast food lol) was a little chinese place. I ordered the General Tso's Chicken combo platter (meaning served with a bunch of pork fried rice and egg rolls). The chicken was amazing, just spicy enough and just delicious all around haha. I downed the chicken pretty quick, but by the time I finished all the rice and egg rolls I knew I was done. Bloated beyond belief. I knew my stomach could literally not handle any more food at that time and I didn't want to push it. Quite frankly, it was strange but my cravings almost went away after that meal. I drank some water (as much as my stomach would allow me to) and we headed back to my dorm. I woke up around 4 AM and polished off a Chobani greek yogurt with some more water and went back to bed.
My dining hall opens for brunch at 10 AM, I can't wait! I'll probably still get my usual (scrambled egg whites and oatmeal) and just get a ton of other stuff with that haha. I'm more of a savory that sweets guy so I'm thinking of ordering four fried eggs, two with swiss on them, and I'll put the two with swiss on a toasted everything bagel (the bagels in my dining hall are amazing) with some bacon, then I'll just eat the other two fried eggs and have another toasted everything bagel with butter or cream cheese. Can't wait!
my stomach cant handle sweets or alot of food anymore. about 3 weeks into cutting i had a cheat meal and had a piece of cheesecake... i was sick to my stomach for 2 days! i noticed that the closer i get to the show the more mentally i am able to not eat bad things. im 13 days out and i just have no desire for sweets or unhealthly things mostly because of that sick feeling i get. after my saturday show i plan to only eat one thing bad as in cheesesticks from applebees or something then its right back to my clean deit. i just dont see the point in gaining back everything so quickly. i would purfer not to look like a giant blob ever agian as i used to be highly over weight (look at my profile) i havnt had a single can of pop, a bag of chips or, serving of fast food november of 2010 and i plan to keep it that way. cutting will be easier if you have less fat and water to lose the next time around in my opinion. when i bulk i still stay under 10% bf and i live off of brown rice, grilled chicken, oatmeal, amino acids and protein shakes and have a cheat meal every 2 weeks in off season. just my thoughts im not bashing anybody by any means!

Ive scrolled through this thread about 15 times in the past week with a show Saturday. All I can think about is food. Me and my friends are gonna hit up an ihop after the show- getting the big steak omlet or chicken fajita omlet with sides of hash browns and full stack of those new York cheesecake pancakes and for desert there new crispy banana cheesecake, then the next morning breakfast with the girlfriend of egg and cheeses and cream cheese bagels, random foods all day, birthday dinner with parents at favorite sushi buffet, (most likely Minado or east cafe) sushi is best food ever and tons of I've cream and birthday cake after. Like Vance and others in this thread I love cheesecake haha.

Haha, this thread was around when I did my first show in 2008 and I'm happy to see it's still alive!
7 weeks till my show and my current plan for post contest binging is to hit Pizza Hut, Burger King, and Taco Bell. One right after the other. I'm gonna put together my meal plan in more detail and will post up the total caloric intake. Can't wait to try me the Doritos Locos Tacos!!

im planing on going to cheesecake factory, and ordering a whole cheesecake as my main meal, half red velvet and half chocolate oreo after my show which is in 12 days!!!! I think im more excited for my cheat than my actual show lol
