Recovery product...
I'm 32 years old, work very long hours and lift three times a week (cycle between strength and endurance) and do cardio or martial arts three times a week.
My goals are more general athletic than bodybuilding related, but I'm looking for some suggestions for some type of recovery product, and I have never used one before.
Would anyone be willing to suggest some products that might help me bounce back a tad quicker and have more energy for the next workout?
I currently take no supplements as it seems to irritate my stomach and since I'm not trying to put on weight I can hit my protein goals with regular food.

First and foremost, make sure you have a sound diet and a solid pre & post workout nutrition plan, including proper hydration, carbs, BCAAs/EAAs.

What supps cause stomach issues? Ideally you should still take some protein pre or post workout if not at both times. I would at the very least take a BCAA/EAA product during an phsyical activity and make sure you are properly hydrated.

Purple Wraath has helped me reduce fatigue and improve general endurance overall. Personal experience from this has left me satisfied after every workout.

I have not found a protein powder or creatine that does not make me spray the toilet.
I'm really tight on my diet and water and work with a dietician.
I got the purple wraath today as it was only $50 so I figured I would give it a shot.
Has anyone had any side effects from it?

Paresthesia might be the most common side effect. BCAA/EAA are generally well tolerated so it'll be interesting to see if you still experience digestion issues.
