Add Lean Body Mass to your frame. For every pound of extra LBM (In general terms) we burn 50 calories more a day just doing everyday activities( Walking, sleeping, sitting, etc...) So in theory if you can add 5 lbs of LBM you will burn 250 calories more every day. 3500 calories = 1 pound. Therefore, every 14 days you will have burned 3500 cals (1 lb) extra (3500/250 = 14), not including the thermic effect of food(digestion) & exercise.

I hear HIIT after your bfast in the morning revs the metabolism up some bit for the remainder of the day.
other than that....a great LBM%
small frequent meals doesnt not = faster metabolism.Winners Make Things Happen, Losers Let Things Happen...

If I'm not mistaken, adding fiber to your diet increases your metabolism. Throw some FiberSure or w/e it's called, into your meals. I think it has something to do with Fiber being a substance that not only helps you feel more full, but takes more calories to digest, making your body's digestive system to always be revved higher... which increases metabolism.
Note, this is likely 75% bs... so wait until someone confirms / denies this being the case.Because if it were easy, I wouldn't be interested.
