I have tried to come up with a diet that will meet my goals but I can't seem to put on weight. Also, I'm the skinny fat type, and I get a belly really fast, but nothing else. I am 5 10'', 165lb, i play soccer two times/week and lift weights, thats all. I eat around 200g of protein./day, but I know I'm not getting the calories i need to get big. I';m tired of trying. Is there anybody who can give me a sample diet for somebody with my stats?
