Ok heres the deal...
Ive been bulking for about 6 months and now its time for to fat to come off for summer. On April 1, 2003 my cutting starts! This is my first draft of the diet please take a look at it and give me any feed back possible...good or bad...

BF % - 20-25% (just guessing here...havent takin it for a while)

Ya im doing cardio..Im going to follow Big Red's plan...
Week 1: Monday, Thursday: 20 minutes
Week 2: Monday, Thursday: 30 minutes
Week 3: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 30 minutes
Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 30 minutes
Week 5: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 40 minutes
Week 6: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 40 minutes
and for meal #7 something like a can of tuna would be good i guess...also meal #6 is going to be 2cups garden salad with 1/2cup spinach with 1 tbsp flax oil and 1 tbsp olive oil."Guns don't kill people
