Well my scales say i am around 16 - 17% are they wrong? they might be right, just wanna know what u guys think and what i need to work out. I will post and tensed and relaxed

so lets do the math
.15 x 180= 27 (thats 27 lb bf)
180-27 = 153 (ur lean mass)
153*.08 = 12.24 (lb of fat u would have at 8% bf)
27-12.24 = 14.76lb fat to lose
if u lose a lb+ a week you should be at around 8-9% bf by 12-14 weeks... that is if its a lb a week
my suggestion:
do each number below. do #one only the first 3 weeks, then add two to that routine... 3 weeks later add #3... 3 weeks later add #4. That comes to 12 weeks of continuous fat burning
1) clean up the diet the first
2) start cutting cal to 200 below maintenence a day
3) cut carbs
4) add cardio
