My rear lat pose has been really hard for me to get, and I think I have made some improvement. Please give me any pointers or suggestions as I go into this competition.

Just for the purpose of aesthetics you should try digging your thumbs into your waist more, creates a better v. Place them just above your hip bones so that if you push a little you hit your hip bone.
Edit: Your actually doing that... Woops.
Throw your lats out!!
