Creatine
I am using the Creatine Ethyl Ester and i was wondering about the loading phase, should I do that? I have been taking it for a month or so, not like everyday, just the days i workout, which is about 5-6 days a week. Should I worry about the loading phase now? and should i take it on my off days as well?
has anyone used this one, and did they see results?
