Left hamstring is lagging

Due to an injury in my left hamstring many months ago, I have reduced flexibility in my left hamstring as compared to my right. I think it is because of this, I have found that my right hamstring is developing much faster than my left. I squat, lunge, deadlift, and clean and have made many strides in increasing the weights of all of these.

However, all these are two-legged movements and my left hamstring is noticeably lagging now. Is there something I need to focus on form-wise so that the left one can catch up? Some single-leg movements focusing on the hamstring? What can I do to speed up my lagging left hamstring while I continue to stretch it so that it is as flexible as my right?

When I do bulgarian split squats, it is where I noticeably feel the difference in strength development between the two legs. What can I do??

Always start with the lagging leg, and stop after the lagging one is done.
No matter how much the 'good' one has left. And stick with single-leg stuff until you're happy with both legs.
