The only creatine i use is for my pre-workout drink. I guess you could throw in a few grams with a post workout.

Or wait, 45 mins afterwards; to make sure your PH balances are good

I always take my creatine right after I complete my lifts for the day ,along with some kind of complex carb or Gatorade powder to get the adequate carb spike.

I would say have at least 15-20 minutes between creatine and protein , as I have read combining the two is not recommended for adequate absorption purposes.Hope this helps you out.

as long as you have the carbs for delivery, you can take the protein and creatine together ... just dont have fats in the protein as it will be counter-productive

NO ... protein is POST workout for sure ...

creatine can be either PRE or POST or split into BOTH .... as long as you have some carbs to help absorb the creatine and spike your insulin to deliver it (waxy maize is a top choice carb)
