To end the ongoing questioning of whether or not these supplements work, me and a buddy got a blood test, took a supplement for 8 weeks at the recommended daily dosage, and in most cases, 1.5 to 2 times as much., then had a second blood test. Here are the findings.
8 weeks for me:
7 Keto DHEA
Coleus Forskolin
Guggul
results ~ thyroid remained completely unchanged
8 weeks for my friend:
Tribulus
ZMA
results ~ free testosterone levels completely unchanged
congratulations, I just saved some of you hundreds of dollars a year. You don't have to thank me.
