    Exclamation Simple and Awesome NO BAKE Protein Bar

    Very easy bar that requires no cooking and tastes amazing.

    Ingredients

    2.5 scoops whey
    3/4 cup of oats
    2 tbsp pb
    1/8 cup of cottage cheese [for moisture]
    2 egg whites
    1 tbsp flax seed

    Directions

    Combine in a large bowl. Mix very well to evenly distribute all ingredients. Take a sheet of aluminum foil and mold onto sheet. Let sit in refrigerator over night.

    Nutrition

    785 calories [can be split up into multiple bars if cutting or restricting calories]

    Go try this, it tastes awesome and is so easy!

    substitute the cottage cheese with a splash of milk, and the flax seed isn't 100% necessary, but i just added it to give it some more fat.

    You have a 1/2000chance of getting salmonella poisoning from eating raw eggs i think, and the bioavalibility of the protein goes up up by like 60% when cooked.

    well refrigerating them will not stop the salmonella. I mean you don't need to worry about it because it's very unlikely.. but if the egg is infected you can't get rid of it unless it's cooked.
