Very easy bar that requires no cooking and tastes amazing.
Ingredients
2.5 scoops whey
3/4 cup of oats
2 tbsp pb
1/8 cup of cottage cheese [for moisture]
2 egg whites
1 tbsp flax seed
Directions
Combine in a large bowl. Mix very well to evenly distribute all ingredients. Take a sheet of aluminum foil and mold onto sheet. Let sit in refrigerator over night.
Nutrition
785 calories [can be split up into multiple bars if cutting or restricting calories]

add'em up. these are rough estimates from my head..
which equates to like...
85g protein, 60g carbs, 30g fat.
